•  for 4 machining axes max travel is:

X = 300 mm   Y = 500 mm   Z = ±150 mm  (towards A-axis)

II.    HERMLE C600U – CNC milling machine

Diameter of the table top – Ø280mm

• when setting (A-axis rotation) 0º max. travel is:

X= 600 mm   Y= 450 mm   Z= 450 mm

• when setting (A-axis rotation) ±90 º max. travel is:

In case machining chuck is fixed on the machining table the ranges of the axes decrease accordingly and they are:

5. Designing in CAD System – MECHANICAL DESKTOP 5.

I would like to introduce our company to offer you our services and co-operation. Letecké opravovne Trenčín (LOT) is repair company with long-time history and experiences with overhaul and repairs of various type of aircraft, helicopters and ground equipment. LOT was established in 1949 and  during years it has developed to high level in the field of aircraft repairs. During it´s 56 years of existence, the plant maintains direct contacts with traditional and foreign partners in more than 40 countries of the world. At present, company performs repairs and overhaul of aircraft and helicopters, e.g. MiG-29, L-39, L-410, Su-22, Su-25, Mi-17 and Mi-24. The philosophy and strategy of our plant is focused at maximal self-supporting during repairs of aircraft, their aggregates and instruments. Very important feature of the company´s policy is high flexibility in meeting the requirements of foreign markets as well as retaining of our great experience of renovation and production of historical aircraft (e.g. Caproni Ca-33).

Except of overhaul programme, we also produce some Ground Support Equipment.

Nowadays we produce Hydraulic Ground Power Unit for filling and testing of the aircraft and helicopters, which has been approved for use also in NATO countries. We also produce Nytrogen, Oxygen,  Air filling unit up to 30MPa. 

Our Central Metrological Laboratory calibrates test devices and measuring equipment, used during repairs, adjustment of all systems of aircraft, Ground support Equipment, Anti-Aircraft Missiles, being repaired by LOT. Central Metrological Laboratory also carries out the calibration of  measuring instruments for other operators and producers of aircraft and some special metrological work for neighbouring Armies.

As to ground equipment, LOT performs overhaul of arresting systems, airport sweeping machines, fire-control radars (plus upgrade), missile launchers, radio cars, mobile battery charger units, fuel and oxidizing machine filling units , rocket transport carriers, car oxygen-nytrogen production units, car oxygen filling units, air filling units, car air filling units, compressor units, car universal gas filling units, car test hydraulic units, engine-starting trail cars, hydraulic mobile units, radio travelling shops, air-defence missiles, power stations, portable radios, mobile radios, anti-aircraft systems with equipment, and other ground support equipment.

LOT has certificate for overhaul of many types of civil and military aircraft, certificate ISO-9001:2000 from DNV-Det Norske Veritas and certificate for JAR-145 from Civil Aviation Authority of the Slovak republic. For more information about our company see: www.lotn.sk
