Cluster and Network Cooperation for Business Success in Central Europe

The partnership gathers the experienced European institutions as well as cluster organizations aimed at presenting the best practices in the field of management, optimization as well as clusters’ internationalization. The “Management” work package is focused on establishing an effective cluster’s manager profile. The main aim of the “Optimization” work package is to collect the best practices and reference points for successful clusters’ management. The results will be implemented through pilot actions in three clusters, while knowledge they gathered will be published in a “Handbook for Clusters Optimization”. Whereas, the “Internationalization” package is focused on challenges and possibilities of making the cluster goes international and establishing conditions necessary to succeed abroad.
