Design and to the manufacture of checking fixtures and assembly fixtures in aluminum and in composite material
Meko Group d.o.o. founded by a joint venture of Italian and Slovenian companies with many years of experience in both the automotive and aerospace sectors, forming a group of five companies and our know how is related to the design and to the manufacture of checking fixtures and assembly fixtures in aluminum and in composite material.
As far as the aeronautic field is concerned, some of our main customers are: Finmeccanica Group, Augusta Westland, Thales Alenia Space, Edag, Sonaca, C2I etc.
In the automotive industry, our main customers are the FCA Group, Maserati, Edag, Webasto, Magna Steyr, C21 … and here are some examples of the activities carried out:
– Change of master 139 for the cross-version
– Fiat 334 frame and front part
– Redesign 312 (Restyling)
– Maserati M161 – Fiat 520-521 and Alfa 952
– Control device for hydraulic tests (Ferrari F149)
– Master Cubing for assembly tests (Maserati Ghibli)
Our group has about 18 machine tools, most with 5 axes, two autoclaves and two clean rooms, and we are EN9100-ISO 9001 certified. We also have a department specializing in the production of composite material milling cutters. Since September 2018, our composite / carbon look department has increased production and is now working in two-shifts to deliver the composite production.
