Tooling Company Prodrem Ltd is an independent supplier of tooling offering advanced manufacturing and repair.

Tooling Company Prodrem Ltd facilities include large assembly jig construction system that allows for building tooling structures having three dimensional, positional tolerance of +/- 0.05 mm.

New generation NC-machines are used for fabrication of high precision production parts and tooling components. NC equipment includes: lathes, wire spark machines, drilling boring and milling machines, milling machines and grinders. In addition, Tooling Company has a wide range of conventional machine tools and heat treatment machines at our disposal.

Tooling Company Prodrem Ltd focus on process development, quality deployment and personnel development coupled with our wide range of equipment help to insure a continuously improving system that ensures our ability to meet the needs of our customers regardless if the type of work, unique tooling or serial production.

New generation machinery is supported by computer software used for machine control in production, and as an aid in design and planning. Tooling Company Prodrem presently employs various CAD-CAM packages including: ProEngineer, ProJunior, PTModeler Technical data and information can be processed in the following CAD / CAM systems:

- PERSONAL DESIGNER / MACHINIST

- PT MODELER

Technical drawings and mathematical models can be read in the following formats:

- IGES, DXF, dwg/ AUTO / CAD

Professional control procedures and devices enable the company to control produced articles in the accordance with conformability of an execution with a constructional-technological documentation.

The Company holds following quality certificates :

- The Certificate of the conformity to the requirements of ISO 9001 concerning to designing and production of

machine parts, special tools, moulds, stamping dies, blanking dies, control and engineering tooling and process lines.

The Certificate of the conformity with the requirements of the JAR-21 regulations, subpart G -issued by General

Inspectorate of Civil Aviation in Warsaw for designing of tooling and manufacturing of parts for aviation purposes

– The Certificate issued by BAE SYSTEMS (Operations) Ltd. concerning the conformity to Bae/AG/QC/SC1 Part 1 regulations for designing and manufacturing of tooling for aviation purposes

The Certificate AQAP-110 of the conformity to the requirements of NATO regarding design quality, development and special projects

The Company is specialized in deliveries of short and medium series concerning manufactured products and services offered to its Customers.
